Reflexology - A wonderfully relaxing therapy that aims to give the body a helping hand in times of stress and strain. It may help to stimulate the body's own healing mechanisms and restore balance to mind, spirit and body.

During a Reflexology treatment we use a special pressure massage to the reflex points of the feet and by working on these specific points we are affecting the whole body.

 Reflexology may also be effective in helping with a wide range of acute and chronic conditions :

• Fertility issues - particularly unexplained difficulties in conceiving.
• Hormonal imbalance issues such as those affecting the female reproductive cycle.
• Symptom of Stress or anxiety related disorders.

Sufferers of hormonal disorders like Polycystic Ovaries or Endometriosis can also benefit from reflexology treatments. I have found that Reflexology is fundamental at reducing stress, which seems to worsen all types of hormonal disorders.

Indian Head Massage - This is a very popular massage and especially good as a real pampering treat and fabulous to relieve muscular tension and stress. It originates in India, as the name suggests and it is a traditional Ayurvedic system of healing. You will find this being done in barber shops in India and it is done widely in homes too - passed down from generation to generation. Treatment concentrates on massage with or without oil to the head, neck, shoulders and face. I personally prefer to use a nourishing balm during the treatment as I find it gives a much more enjoyable and effective treatment. I always ask that you bring a strappy top with you to wear during a treatment.
